I am a third year PhD student at Syracuse University iSchool with a focus on the security and performance of distributed systems, blockchain, and cloud computing. I received my bachelor’s degree (2020) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Bangladesh.

My most recent research focuses on advancing blockchain technology by enhancing its performance and security. I specifically investigate the challenges posed by conflicting transactions and the detection of malicious activities within decentralized networks. To address these issues, I employ techniques such as parallelism, dependency management, and multi-agent reinforcement learning, which aim to improve the efficiency, resilience, and overall security of blockchain systems.

In addition to my work on blockchain technology, I am also interested in enhancing distributed systems as a whole. My focus extends to their usability and the human aspects of interaction within these systems. I am interested in how combining usability principles with technical advancements can lead to the creation of systems that are both efficient and accessible for a wide range of users.
